Warehouse Associate – Full-Time (Multiple Shifts Available)

This role focuses on picking, packing, and moving products efficiently and accurately throughout the distribution center. This is a fast‑paced, physical warehouse role supporting order fulfillment to stores, salons, and customers.

• Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Tuesday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be available based on business needs

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing products to ensure timely shipment to stores, salons, and customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards within the distribution center.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Work in areas such as packing, picking, loading, returns, or sorting
• Inspect products for damage and verify quantities
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
  
  Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience a plus
• Ability to lift 10–56 lbs regularly
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Repetitive picking, packing, and order processing
• Standing and walking for extended periods (6–12 hours)
• Fast‑paced, productivity‑driven environment
• Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the warehouse

• Warehouse environment with temperature variations (25°F–105°F)
• Use of equipment such as pallet jacks and warehouse systems
• Exposure to typical warehouse conditions including noise and movement of equipment
