Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Maintain OS&D logs with detailed notes, photos, and disposition tracking;
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS and related records;
Support receiving, put-away, cycle counts, replenishment, and customer returns;
Collaborate with Receiving, Inbound, Returns, Accounting, and Customer Service to determine root causes and next steps;
Assist with repackaging salvageable items and labeling/storing QC hold or return inventory
