Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Columbus, OH. This role includes receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Organize and stock inventory in designated locations
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Prepare shipping labels and outbound documentation
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks safely
- Fast‑paced warehouse setting
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust
