Material Handler/Forklift Operator

We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers/Forklift Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of materials. You'll work collaboratively with a team to maintain organization, accuracy, and operational excellence in our warehouse or production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label products accurately and place them in designated areas.
• Identify and locate products during the delivery process.
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized account of stock and inventory.
• Handle returns by completing necessary technical documentation and coordinating required communications.
• Conduct regular maintenance on material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Convey purchasing requirements and maintain data on low-stock or unavailable products.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to missing packages, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, often exceeding 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations.
