Responsibilities

  • Leads daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure efficient material flow and support project requirements.
  • Supervises and supports logistics personnel, providing direction, training, and guidance to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
  • Oversees the packaging, labeling, tagging, shipping, receiving, and distribution of inventory while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
  • Coordinates inventory audits, cycle counts, and material reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy and accountability.
  • Manages material transactions and inventory records within company inventory management systems.
  • Ensures proper loading, unloading, handling, storage, and transportation of equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Monitors warehouse quality standards by tracking damaged, missing, or obsolete inventory and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinates equipment, tool, and material allocation to support multiple projects and operational teams.
  • Operates and oversees the safe use of forklifts, company vehicles, and warehouse equipment.
  • Maintains a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment following 5S, Lean, and company safety principles.
  • Collaborates with project managers, field operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure materials are available and delivered on schedule.
  • Develops and implements process improvements to increase operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
  • Ensures all logistics activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Regular attendance is mandatory
  • Must have entry level knowledge of operating warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
  • Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Prefer familiarity with cycle-counting, order picking, shipping, receiving and operating a forklift.
  • Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements
  • Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must have a basic understanding of operating systems (SAP, Spectrum).
  • Must have intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to meet Company minimum driving standards.
  • Must be able to use power tools.
  • Must have the physical agility to conduct warehouse inventory.
  • Knowledge of 5S and Lean environments a plus.
