Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve OS&D inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damaged items) using WMS, purchase orders, receiving logs, shipment records, and vendor documentation;
Maintain accurate OS&D logs with detailed notes, photos, SKU information, and disposition tracking;
Assist with repackaging salvageable items, labeling and storing QC hold or return inventory;
Support general warehouse needs and coordinate with Receiving, Inbound, Returns, Accounting, and Customer Service to identify root causes and determine next steps
