Warehouse Order Picker & Packer1st Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Holidays Mc Naughton -McKay Electric Company is a long-standing electrical distribution company serving contractors, industrial customers, and manufacturers.
We are hiring a reliable warehouse team members for our Columbus distribution center.
This is a full-time, day-shift role with consistent hours, including overtime, and long-term career potential.
Schedule Monday – Friday1st shift
No weekends
No holidays
Pay $17.50 – $22.50 per hour
Pay based on warehouse experience and equipment operation skills.
What you'll doThis role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory.
Typical responsibilities include:
Picking customer orders using an RF scanner
Operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
Stocking and organizing warehouse inventory
Receiving inbound shipments
Preparing and staging orders for shipment
Assisting other warehouse areas when needed
Our warehouse team works together to ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time each day.

This is an active warehouse role that includes:
Standing and walking for most of the shift

Bending, reaching, and stacking product

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
High school diploma or GED.Minimum 1-year work experience, warehousing experience preferred.
Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred.
Operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties.
High level of initiative, commitment, and devotion to fulfill company mission statement.
