Warehouse Manager

Cinco Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and processing operations within our electronics recycling, ITAD, and lithium battery handling facility. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this position is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supervising warehouse personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring strict compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role within a regulated industrial environment. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to drive operational discipline, maintain documentation accuracy, and enforce safety protocols consistent with enterprise and compliance‑driven clients.

• Maintain high housekeeping and 5S standards throughout the facility
• Prepare receiving areas for inbound materials, including electronics and lithium batteries
• Coordinate loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring accuracy and secure handling
• Supervise warehouse staff and maintain productivity standards
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Ensure warehouse security, including controlled access and material segregation
• Coordinate staffing needs based on inbound shipment volume
• Inventory Management
• Complete and review shipping documentation, bills of lading, manifests, and internal tracking forms
• Generate daily operational and inventory reports
• Identify discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentation and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with logistics to resolve missing paperwork or delivery issues
• Review employee timecards and monitor attendance and performance
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
• Work alongside EHS to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with sales and business development to properly identify, label, and segregate incoming materials
• Maintain detailed records required for chain‑of‑custody and regulatory compliance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum five (5) years of operations or warehouse experience
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience in hazardous waste, electronics recycling, battery handling, chemical processing, or regulated industries preferred
• Ability to complete waybills, bills of lading, and shipping manifests accurately
• Basic math skills, including weighing and measuring materials
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, R2v3, OSHA, and TSDF standards is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance‑driven environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus
