Warehouse And Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material movement, picking, staging, and shipping
• Manage warehouse team performance, scheduling, training, and development
• Ensure safe, organized, and efficient warehouse processes
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, tracking, and process improvements
• Oversee shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and warehouse utilization
• Use KPIs and operational data to drive performance improvements
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support business goals
• Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Experienced warehouse/distribution leader with a background in manufacturing or CPG environments
• Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse processes
• Hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing organization
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements
• Lead all warehouse, inventory, shipping, and distribution operations
• Drive process improvements to support company growth and operational efficiency
• Manage warehouse staffing, training, scheduling, and team performance
• Ensure safe, organized, and efficient warehouse processes
• Oversee outbound shipments, carrier relationships, and delivery performance
• Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Improve material flow, warehouse utilization, and shipping performance
• Utilize KPIs and data to identify improvements and drive accountability
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and warehouse operations
• Proven experience leading teams and improving operational performance
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• CPG, consumer products, packaging, or manufacturing background
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• Warehouse safety and forklift training knowledge
• Operates using Key Success Metrics
