Lift Equipment Operator (Heights Required)

Location:

4309 Janitrol Rd., Columbus, OH 43228. Conveniently located near I‑270 on the west side of Columbus.

This is not a ground‑level picking role. The position requires operating a cherry picker (elevated equipment) up to 40 feet while wearing a safety harness. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights for extended periods.

• Monday – Thursday
  • 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
  • 7:30 pm – 6:00 am
• Sunday – Wednesday
  • 7:30 pm – 6:00 am

This role consists of operating powered industrial equipment to support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, stocking, and shipping products. The primary goal is to move product safely while maximizing productivity.

• Operate cherry picker and other powered industrial equipment
• Pick and move product throughout the distribution center
• Load and unload shipments
• Stock and replenish inventory
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Meet productivity and performance standards

• Warehouse or equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Must be able to become forklift certified through company training

• Work at heights up to 40 feet for extended periods
