Distribution Center Supervisor – 3rd Shift
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee third-shift warehouse and distribution operations. This individual will lead a small team while remaining hands-on with daily logistics, shipping/receiving, loading and unloading, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Supervise and support a small team of warehouse/distribution employees on 3rd shift
Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities
Manage workflow to ensure materials and products are moved accurately and efficiently
Monitor inventory, staging, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization
Train employees and reinforce safety, quality, and productivity expectations
Utilize warehouse, inventory, and computer systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation
Troubleshoot day-to-day logistics and operational issues
Communicate with management and other shifts regarding inventory, scheduling, and priorities
3+ years of logistics, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong understanding of warehouse management, shipping/receiving, and loading/unloading
Computer savvy and comfortable learning warehouse/inventory management systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a small team while remaining involved in daily operations
Comfortable working a 3rd-shift schedule
