About the Role:

The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-moving setting. You will work closely with warehouse and counter sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

• Receive and stock daily product transfers into designated warehouse locations
• Operate a forklift (certification training provided)
• Assist counter sales with pulling orders and loading customer vehicles
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Count stock and assist with inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Understanding of technology and machinery used to transport and store materials
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
• Prior experience with UPS and Fed Ex systems is a plus

• Experience in the HVAC field
• Can operate warehouse equipment safely
• Forklift certified preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Regular lifting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, and carrying Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to safely operate forklift equipment

$90-100k /yr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
