Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations - Weekends

Commercial Point, OH

Weekly Pay | 35% Babylist Discount | Paid Holidays | Paid Healthcare Benefits

What The Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations to lead the weekend shift at our fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio. This role owns the floor day-to-day across the weekend, staffing it, running it, and keeping the work accurate, fast, and safe. You'll lead a team of 10-25 associates, report to the Assistant Manager on-site, and be the person who knows your operation better than anyone else on the shift.

This is a hands-on floor role, not a desk job.

Core hours are Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
, with some buffer before and after for handoff. A three-day weekend schedule means Babylist needs to be your primary role, and you're fully available for a tight, front-loaded training ramp.

About Pay

We pay competitive market rates. The starting salary for this position is $65,700- $81,800 annually
. Holidays Observed

The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days for the weekend shift in 2026:

  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day (2027)

All shifts receive 4 floating holidays in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.

Who You Are

  • Fulfillment Floor Leader: You have directly run or supervised a fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing operation, and you know how to staff the floor, balance workloads, and keep product moving without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Present and Engaged: You lead from the floor. You know your team, your numbers, and what's happening in your area at any moment, and people feel your presence on the shift. Attendance and reliability start with you showing up and setting the standard.
  • Experienced People Manager: 5+ years managing people, with 3+ years specifically in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.
  • Process Builder: You can write and implement SOPs for your workflows, and you spot process gaps early and bring solutions before a bottleneck becomes a bigger problem.
  • True HR Partner: You have handled real employee-relations issues and documented performance and conduct clearly, working hand in hand with HR as a genuine partner — not handing problems off, but solving them together — when something needs to go further than a coaching conversation.
  • Culture Builder Who Grows People: You build engagement and morale on your shift, develop associates, and create a path for people to move up. Culture and growth are part of the job, not a nice-to-have.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver: You pull and read production data to diagnose throughput or quality issues. You do not guess, you check the numbers.
  • Systems-Savvy: You are comfortable in a WMS such as Manhattan or Körber to track inventory, output, and staffing needs.
  • Safety-Focused: You treat safety as non-negotiable on a fast-moving floor, not an afterthought.
  • Self-Aware: You know your own impact on a team, own your gaps honestly, and actively seek feedback to get better rather than waiting to be told.
  • You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Run your area of the floor day-to-day across the weekend shift: staffing, sequencing, and quality checks.
  • Get operationally competent and self-sufficient fast, so you're running the shift with credibility on the floor from early on.
  • Own attendance and reliability on your shift, setting the standard by being present and holding a consistent bar.
  • Spot process gaps early and bring solutions, refining SOPs so the operation stays consistent as volume and product mix change.
  • Monitor output and…
