As a Senior Ford Master Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while helping deliver an exceptional dealership experience for every customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
- Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs
- Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
- Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
- Supporting additional duties assigned by management
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is:
- Experienced in Ford diagnostics and repair

- Passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship
- Interested in long-term career growth within the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Ford Technician required
- Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
- Manufacturer ASE Certifications preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
