Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy Level 4 trauma ER
• Collaborate with a team of 2 RNs and 1 LVN per shift
• Assist in trauma assessments and stabilization of critically injured patients
• Document patient care interactions accurately using Cerner EMR
• Participate in rotation of weekends, holidays, and varied shift hours
• Support trauma team in handling incoming emergencies and special cases
• Maintain compliance with all facility protocols and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active Texas or Multistate RN license
• At least 1 year of ER nursing experience
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (current)
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekends/holidays

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a busy ER setting with trauma patient care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environment
