Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM Hours/week: 36 hours guaranteed

Employment Type:

Contract License/Certs: TX or Multistate RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Experience:

Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include:
Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced Level 4 trauma ER Manage a typical team of 2 RNs per shift, 1 LVN, and a unit secretary Treat an average of 850 patients per month, including trauma cases Work in a busy 8-bed ER with 2 trauma bays Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients Follow established protocols and charting systems (Cerner) Participate in rotating weekend and holiday shifts What You Need

Required:

Texas or Multistate RN license AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications At least 1 year of ER nursing experience Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency care Preferred:
