Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $50.25

What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy 8-bed ER with Level 4 trauma designation
• Manage trauma bays and assist in emergency procedures
• Collaborate with a team of 2 RNs, 1 LVN, and unit secretary to deliver optimal patient care
• Chart patient information accurately using Cerner system
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and coordinate care during trauma cases
• Ensure compliance with vaccination and safety requirements
• Rotate through weekends and holidays according to schedule

What You Need

• Valid Texas or Multistate RN license
• Minimum of 1 year ER nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
