We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This full-time role involves selling building materials to businesses and individuals over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Process a high volume of orders and sales data electronically or via phone/email.
• Respond to technical questions and advise customers on suitable products.
• Estimate lead times and delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and transportation teams to meet customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues.

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience in lumber, building materials, or building supplies industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
