• $25.00–$40.00 Flat Rate
• Up to $10,000 New Hire Bonus

• Diagnose and repair powersports products
• Diagnose & repair powersports systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, etc. to factory specifications
• Used vehicle evaluations
• Accessory installations
• Continually learn new technical information & techniques by completing online and in‑class training per manufacturer guidelines – training is provided by the company
• Explain mechanical diagnoses/required repairs in non‑technical terms to service advisors & customers

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
• Polaris Certifications required
• Must have 2 or more years of dealership experience in Powersports.
• Certification required.
• Provide your own tools.
