Columbus Health and Rehab in Columbus, WI has a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position available now! We are the premier provider of a 49-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, looking for a caring LPN to enhance the lives of those we serve.

·Flexible Schedule options, we are hiring for either day, pm, or night shift options, of either 8 or 12-hour shifts (accepting full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• LPN License with the WI Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
