Quality Control Technician
Help ensure food safety and quality.
Join a growing food manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in maintaining product quality and food safety. This position is primarily based on the production floor, working closely with manufacturing and sanitation teams to ensure quality standards are met.
What you'll do:
- Monitor quality and food safety throughout production
- Perform production floor audits and sanitation inspections
- Collect samples and perform basic laboratory testing, including pH and product analysis
- Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs
- Partner with production teams to maintain quality standards
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food manufacturing, quality, production, or food safety preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, or food safety practices is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and uphold quality standards

This position is based in a food manufacturing environment and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction every day.
Job type & location:
This is a contract to hire position based out of Columbus, WI.
Pay and benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
