What

you’ll do
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and current clients for Advisor
  • Managing Advisor’s calendar and monitoring emails throughout the day
  • Process client service documents with precision and in timely manner
  • Input notes into CRM (Redtail) and keep updated
  • Ensure Advisor is well‑organized and prepared for team and client meetings
  • Schedule meetings and prepare necessary paperwork
  • Support marketing campaigns and social media through Snappy Kraken
  • Manage newsletters, tracking new client’s gifts and birthdays
  • Analyze and create reports for Advisor
  • Follow up on outstanding projects and industry specific tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1–2 years in a fast‑paced office environment preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience with CRM systems preferred

Schedule
  • In office:
    Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (flexible schedule and potential to go into full time employment)
  • Ability to travel up to once a month for client events
