Compensation: W-2 Employment | 35% of Collections with no lab deductions + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period between $800-$1,000/day
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS

The Role

What You'll Do- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care
Providers with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply:
- Implant Restorations
- Implant Placement
- Invisalign Treatment
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Crown & Bridge
- Removable Prosthetics
- Endodontics
- Oral Surgery
- Full Mouth Rehabilitation
- Comprehensive Treatment Planning
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in New York
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Invisalign Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience
- Invisalign Certification

- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Endodontic experience
- Oral surgery experience
- Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
