A DAY IN YOUR LIFE
- Welcome patients warmly and guide them through their treatment journeys with care and professionalism.
- Educate patients about treatment options, particularly dental implants, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and collaborate with the clinical team to align treatment plans and timelines.
- Handle insurance billing, submit claims, and oversee credentialing processes.
- Create meaningful connections with patients and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of dental office experience; management experience would be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of dental implants and related procedures
- Proficiency in insurance billing, including claims, pre-authorizations, and verifications
- Familiarity with credentialing processes for dental providers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus to serve our diverse patient community.
