Gurwin Healthcare System is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our Home Care Division. This per diem role covers Nassau County and/or Eastern Suffolk with travel to patients’ homes. A NY license and at least two years of experience are required;
Home Health experience is preferred. Mileage reimbursement is offered.
You will provide speech/language rehabilitation in patients' homes, coordinate with families, document plans, and support team members in delivering high-quality care.
