Role Overview

This position involves providing Physical Therapy services to children within a school setting, focusing on improving their functional mobility and safety. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments, delivering therapy as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's goals. The role also requires completing documentation and progress notes to track development and ensure compliance.

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
