The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will support mobility improvement and pain relief for residents, under supervision as required and with a focus on geriatric care.

Candidate must hold a PTA license in the state of practice and be able to evaluate and treat independently, showing passion for enhancing residents' quality of life in a supportive, community-based setting.
