Executive Alliance, one of the largest and most successful executive search firms on Long Island, is seeking an experienced sales executive to join an elite team. Our firm has a stellar reputation, a 4.8 Google rating, recruiters with an average of 22 years of experience, a strong social media presence including a career and workplace blog viewed by 1000's per week, and much more.

We offer a collaborative work environment, a complete training program, and uncapped commissions with a generous commission plan. Base compensation is dependent on your skills and experience, with top billers earning total compensation of $150,000 - $200,000.

This is fully in office at first, but it could be hybrid or remote at a later date based on performance.

• Use your established network or our robust systems to bring in new business
• Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs
• Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Handle all negotiations and close deals
• Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer support
• Fearless on the phone, as cold calling is a necessity
• Ability to stay organized and follow-up with potential clients and candidates
• Self-motivated to maximize your earnings
• Comfortable working in databases and Microsoft Word
