We are seeking a full‑time Professional House Cleaner to join our team. The role offers training, a stable schedule, and the chance to build a rewarding career without nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Guaranteed minimum wage of $17.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our cleaning process and delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If serving as a team lead, manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.
• Perform physical cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead work.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, overhead work, and more.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
