Operations Manager

Job description:

The Operations Manager for camp staff typically plays a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a camp, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

• Overseeing and leading operations staff camp staff
• Managing the camp's day-to-day operations, making sure all facilities are functional and properly maintained.
• In charge of lunch/snack/water distribution and clean-up for entire camp along with operations staff
• Inventory of supplies (lunch, equipment)
• Creating and managing schedules for operations to ensure adequate coverage throughout the camp day.
• Making sure camp is set-up each day/cleaned-up, all equipment, tents etc., put away daily
• Ensuring all logistics for camp activities are organized, such as supplies, equipment.
• Ensuring that camp operations adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,750.00 per month
