Assembler​/Solderer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler / Solderer to join our production team in Commack. In this role, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and hand‑soldering electronic sub‑assemblies, batteries, and chargers with high accuracy. If you have a steady hand, great hand‑eye coordination, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

Salary: $18 - $19 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours:

8 AM - 5 PM

Education:

No Degree Required

• Solder electronic components, wires, sub‑assemblies, and batteries by hand according to technical blueprints, supervisor directions, and standard work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including wire stripping, applying tie wraps, and heat‑shrinking sleeves as required.
• Maintain and properly care for assigned hand tools, soldering irons, and safety equipment.
• Keep daily production records and consistently meet required output quantities.
• Inspect work pieces during and after assembly to report product anomalies, defects, or damaged equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company safety standards.
