Funciones- Contestadores
- Saludar a los pacientes
- Programar pacientes/Actualización en el sistema informático
- Recuperar mensajes (teléfono, mensaje de texto, correo electrónico) / hacer seguimiento según sea necesario
- Procesar los copagos de los pacientes (efectivo, cheque, tarjeta de crédito)
- Tomar la admisión de pacientes para la evaluación inicial
- Programar evaluaciones de fisioterapia
- Verificar el seguro/Documentar la información del seguro/Seguimiento
- Documentación por fax según sea necesario
- Enviar mensajes de texto o llamar a pacientes para seguimiento
