We are seeking a highly motivated LPN Shift Supervisor to join our team at Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences, a luxurious and elegant Long Island assisted living community.
About the Role$10,000 Sign On Bonus
Tuesday to Saturday - 3:00p.m.
- 11:15p.m.
As an LPN Shift Supervisor at Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Conducting daily rounds to ensure resident care is being provided in accordance with established protocols
- Identifying and addressing resident needs, concerns, and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of resident care and service
- Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of care and services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and communication

- Supervise and coordinate the work of LPNs and HHAs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure resident care is being provided in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports of resident care and service
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of care and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and communication
- Current LPN licensure in the State of New York
- Minimum of two years of experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
