Compass Group - Up to $19.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine;
Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness and sanitation;
Polishes silver using burnishing machine and other equipment as required;
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per provided standards;
Maintains an orderly dish area in compliance with safety standards
