Pay starts at $20.25 per hour with benefits available.

Reduced Time

Hours:

Average 30-39 hrs per week.

Requires open availability Tuesday-Saturday between 2:30pm and 9:15pm.

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards; serve as escalation point for customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Identify and communicate barriers and trends that affect customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site in collaboration with the manager.
• Work in a fast‑changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail or customer‑facing experience, floor leader or other leadership experience, or Amazon experience (Blue Badge/FTE).
• Experience in training others.
