Whole Foods Market - - Responsibilities:
Train and mentor other Butchers and Apprentice Butchers and perform duties of instructor;
Cut, platters, and merchandize products including beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry, sausage, and cured meats;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Meat Team Members and Butchers in absence of Team Leadership;
Assist Team Leadership with ordering and inventory management in their absence;
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work environment
