PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain a working knowledge of all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc., and assist when needed;
Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience;
Stay up to date on upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events to maintain a strong merchandising presence throughout the life cycle of a promotion
