Retail Sales Associate — Crew positions are entry level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. As expected, cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role with some food service positions specifically tasked with food prep and food service safety. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

A minimum standard of customer service experience is helpful but not required.

• Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Clean and stock store areas and maintain a safe, customer-ready environment.
• Assist with food preparation and food service safety where assigned.
• Provide friendly customer service and support loyalty programs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain store cleanliness.

• A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers.
• Ability to support food preparation and presentation, including making beverages such as coffee.
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.11 hourly. The posted range represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of posting. The company may pay more or less than the posted range and may modify ranges in the future. No amount is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable under applicable policies and plans.

Any bonus, commission, long-term incentive compensation, benefits, or other forms of compensation are at the company’s sole discretion unless otherwise stated.
