Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and staging merchandise in the outlet stockroom and on the sales floor to support an exceptional customer experience. This hands‑on role moves product from delivery to placement, maintains organized inventory, and helps prepare customer purchases for pickup. The associate upholds safety and brand presentation standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
