As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers a flexible schedule, on‑the‑job training, and room to grow within Skechers.

Starting rate: $17.50 per hour. Hourly pay range: $17.50 – $18.57.

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes (occasionally up to 50 pounds) and stay on your feet throughout most of your shift.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
