Simply Set is seeking a Team Lead to build and oversee a team of Merchandisers delivering Walmart merchandising services. You will train staff on live goods care and guide the team in displays, signage and store execution across 7–12 stores in your market.
Responsibilities include hiring and coaching seasonal merchandisers, ensuring Walmart standards are met, maintaining schedules, and reporting to the Regional Manager. Outdoor work is required;
Saturday hours are common April–October.
