• Call center or customer service experience
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

You will work full-time
, on-site at our Commack, NY location. This position is designed for local candidates and offers a stable weekday schedule supporting our residential sales team.

As a Residential Sales Administrator, you will become the hub of communication for our residential salesforce of over ten team members. Each day, you will make between 150 to 200 outbound confirmation calls to ensure residential sales appointments are on track, receive inbound calls from potential clients and direct them or schedule their appointments, and manage the sales team's busy calendar.

You will quickly establish rapport with new clients, validate their contact and home information in our CRM, and distribute confirmation texts and emails to keep everything running smoothly. Your professionalism and dedication will help create a positive experience for every client, and you'll enjoy the camaraderie and support of a company that values your growth and ambition.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
