Maintenance Mechanic III
Seeking a licensed Refrigeration & HVAC Mechanic to handle the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all district refrigeration and HVAC systems. Candidates must hold a valid Refrigeration License and demonstrate proficiency in soldering, brazing
, and preventative maintenance. While the primary focus is HVAC/R, additional experience in electrical and plumbing work is strongly preferred to support general facility needs.

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain district refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in soldering, brazing, and preventative maintenance.
- Support general facility needs with electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
- Licensed Refrigeration & HVAC Mechanic
- Valid Refrigeration License
- Proficiency in soldering and brazing
- Experience with HVAC/R systems; electrical and plumbing experience is strongly preferred
