Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is seeking a full-time Senior Case Manager for our Commack location. You will supervise Case Managers, ensure quality housing services, and oversee reporting and compliance with CHI, OTDA, Suffolk County DSS, and other funders.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, staff supervision, and timely, accurate reporting. Requires BSW; MSW preferred. On-call coverage and payroll oversight are included in duties.
