Academy Equipment Manager

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is an American Sports and Entertainment holding company based in Denver, Colorado. KSE is committed to providing world class sports and entertainment for both live and broadcast audiences.

This position is responsible for the overall organization of uniforms and equipment for the Colorado Rapids Academy.

Examples of work performed:

• Maintain accurate inventory of all academy training gear, competition gear and field equipment
• Issue, retrieve and maintain training gear, competition gear and field equipment on an ongoing basis
• Assist in the daily field setup for training and competition
• Assist in the packing and preparation for all travel
• Work with Technical Director and Administrator to coordinate annual adidas and equipment order within budget guidelines
• Support & assist in Rapids 2/1 st Team equipment & training needs.
• Travel as required
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
• Manual labor intensive
• Work in extreme weather conditions
• Work unusual hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Frequent travel

Qualifications:

• Minimum:
• High School or GED
• 2+ years' experience in field
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
• Preferred:
• BS/BA degree in field or related field
• Background in soccer
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese

• Ability to create spreadsheets and routine business correspondence using Word and Excel software.
• Knowledge of MLS, or other leagues in the United States
• Ability to handle discreet or sensitive information in a professional manner

Compensation:

• $57,783.00 annually
