We are looking for a talented Service Advisor for our Distribution business in Henderson, CO.
100% Onsite
You will make an impact in the following ways:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and gather relevant equipment and repair information
- Prepare quotes, estimates, claims, and repair plans
- Provide customers with timely updates on the status of repair work
- Create and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty processing
- Communicate the value of recommended and additional services to customers
- Escalate technical issues and use available resources to obtain product and repair information
- Complete additional administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner
- Previous experience in service and repair, warranty administration, service coordination, or a related field preferred
- Experience preparing estimates and communicating the value of additional services is a plus
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Ability to gather technical information and appropriately escalates complex issues
- High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience
- Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Certifications:

Compensation and Benefits:Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
