** Teach Engaging Mathematics Courses:
** Facilitate learning in courses ranging from
** Pre-Algebra through Calculus**, aligned with Colorado Academic Standards•
** Develop Meaningful Lessons:
** Create engaging lessons and activities that spark curiosity, promote conceptual understanding, and ensure mastery of mathematical skills and standards•
** Deliver Strong Instructional Practices:
** Implement structured instructional models including
** Madeline Hunter (“I do, we do, you do”)**, direct instruction, and active engagement strategies to promote student growth•
** Ensure Strong Instructional Delivery and Classroom Environment:
** Promote active student engagement, meaningful discourse, classroom routines, and fidelity to curriculum and pacing expectations•
** Create a Positive Learning Environment:
** Establish a classroom culture that is safe, respectful, structured, and motivating for all learners•
** Track and Communicate Student Progress:
