Regional Account​/Sales Manager; US & Canada

Position:
Regional Account/Sales Manager – develop and grow our business in the precast concrete sector across the US and Canada. The role focuses on selling automated machinery and solutions for precast production.

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy.
• Identify new opportunities and manage the full sales process.
• Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to prepare technical proposals and commercial offers.
• Present technical solutions to the customers and lead commercial proposals.
• Build long‑term relationships with precast producers and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at key industry events.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales within precast, concrete, construction machinery, or automation.
• Understanding of precast production processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (Spanish as a second language preferred).
• Availability for frequent travel.

• Existing industry network in North America.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
