As the Transportation Network Manager, you will lead the City’s traffic engineering and transportation planning efforts, overseeing everything from MUTCD compliance and traffic signal operations to multi‑modal planning and intelligent transportation systems. This role is central to advancing road safety, enhancing pedestrian and multimodal connectivity, and guiding the City’s long‑range transportation vision through the Safety Action Plan and Transportation Master Plan.

The hiring range is $ – $.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an ABET‑accredited institution.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer or Professional Traffic Operations Engineer in the State of Colorado, or the ability to obtain the license within six months of hire.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of progressive engineering experience in transportation planning and engineering.
- Technical knowledge of traffic operations, traffic control, transportation networks, and civil engineering.
- Valid driver’s license.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
