As the Transportation Network Manager, you will lead the City’s traffic engineering and transportation planning efforts, overseeing everything from MUTCD compliance and traffic signal operations to multi-modal planning and intelligent transportation systems. This role is central to advancing road safety, enhancing pedestrian and multimodal connectivity, and guiding the City’s long-range transportation vision through the Safety Action Plan and Transportation Master Plan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer or Professional Traffic Operations Engineer in the State of Colorado, or have the ability to obtain license within six months of hire.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of progressive engineering experience in transportation planning and engineering required.
• Technical knowledge of traffic operations, traffic control, transportation networks, and civil engineering required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
